The Leapwing Audio StageOne 1.2 is a portable, battery-powered audio interface for studio musicians and producers to record their instruments, voice, or microphones to their laptop or portable device. The StageOne features four Neutrik XLR/TRS combo inputs with phantom power, three 1/4" outputs (including two channels on the front), headphone output, MIDI input and output (with MIDI control), preamp output (with gain control), low-noise operational amplifiers with +/- 48V phantom power applied at the input jack. The interface can be powered by 9V battery or USB bus power. The StageOne is the product of Leapwing Audio, which is based in Seattle, WA. The company was founded in 2010 by Jason O'Mara, who is also the company's Chief Engineer. The StageOne is available with black or white cosmetic finish. StageOne interfaces are sold through the company's website, as well as at Musicians Friend, Guitar Center, and Amazon.
